Yesterday's Tomorrow "Sneak Peek" NOW Available

The Most Exciting Political Thriller of the Decade is Coming Soon!

Tuesday, June 2, 2015-- Author G.W. Pomichter announced this week that a special Sneak Peek of his latest project is now available to readers via creative publishing website Createspace.com.

The political thriller titled "Yesterday's Tomorrow" is a collaboration between Pomichter and long time friend William DuPree.  The book is set in a world shattered by the most destructive terrorist attack in history, and poised for war.

When a terrorist’s nuclear attack on the United Sates devastates Washington, D.C. and causes a total power blackout along the country’s Eastern Coastline from Maine to Miami, 2 families must rediscover their own true priorities in order to survive and thrive in a world forever changed.

William DuPree is a political consultant and activist from Melbourne Florida.  He has consulted on political campaigns for some of Florida's most prominent leaders and has served as an executive in both the public and private sector including time as the Executive Director of the Florida Christian Coalition.  "Yesterday's Tomorrow" is DuPree's first fiction novel.

G.W. Pomichter has previously authored 2 books.  The first was a political campaigning guide for candidates, staffers and volunteers that focused heavily on the daily operations of political campaigns, what he called the "nuts-and-bolts" of the process.  Pomichter's second novel was a crime noir set in 1940's Los Angeles.  "Lucky" was, in the author's own words, more a homage to classic noir stories of that era.

The pair have teamed up to write "Yesterday's Tomorrow," to tell a different kind of story.

"In most of these type of stories, such devastation ends the whole of the world as we know it.  This was our way of saying, 'that's only the beginning,'" Pomichter said.  "Our story is about looking back really and finding our roots and our tethers to all that matters.  The story really doesn't even start until the deed is done and the real work begins."

"Yesterday's Tomorrow" is about 2 Families scattered around the globe and tethered to one another by 21st century technology and how they rediscover the real ties that bind them when a devastating nuclear terrorist attack on America causes a massive power outage.  They are forced to redefine what it means to be a part of a family, a community and a country.

"After working together in politics and public service for nearly 15 years, it was exciting to collaborate with Matt (William DuPree)," Pomichter said.  "We have been friends for a long time and have spent a lot of time just talking about current events, great stories and intersting ideas, so this was a great fit and a chance to take that conversation to readers everywhere."
